Department of the Navy Announces Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Former Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base

The Department of the Navy is planning to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the potential environmental effects of reusing the former Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Horsham, Pennsylvania, as part of the Base Realignment and Closure process.
