NASA to Grant Exclusive License for Two Patents to Syneren Technologies

NASA is issuing a notice of its intent to grant an exclusive license in the US to practice two patented inventions, 'Reducing Sensor and Readout Circuitry Noise in Digital Domain Using Referencing Pixels' and 'Hilbert-Huang Transform Data Processing Real-Time System with 2-D Capabilities', to Syneren Technologies Corporation, a Maryland-based company.
