EPA Approves Best Available Retrofit Technology Requirements for Eastman Chemical Company in Tennessee

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing approval of the Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) requirements for Eastman Chemical Company, a revision to Tennessee's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Tennessee, through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), on April 4, 2008, and later modified and supplemented on May 14, 2012, and May 25, 2012.
