EPA Corrects Omission in Florida's Implementation Plan for 1997 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a correction to its July 30, 2012, final rule approving portions of Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, which addresses the state's infrastructure requirements for the 1997 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS). The correction rectifies an oversight in the original rule, where certain state statutes were not included in the regulatory text.
