EPA Requests OMB Review and Approval for Renewal of NSPS Information Collection Request

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve the renewal of an existing Information Collection Request (ICR) for the National Small Pollutant Standards Program (NSPS) for small municipal waste combustion units constructed before August 30, 1999. The EPA is seeking public comment on the proposed renewal.
