EPA Approves New Mexico State Implementation Plan for Regional Haze Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the City of Albuquerque-Bernalillo County, New Mexico State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address regional haze requirements for 16 Class I areas, meeting Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements and provisions of 40 CFR 51.309.
