OPM Seeks Comments on Revised Information Collection Request for Representative Payee Application and Competency Determination

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is soliciting public comments on a revised information collection request (ICR) for Representative Payee Application (RI 20-7) and Information Necessary for a Competency Determination (RI 30-3), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and the Clinger-Cohen Act.
