U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Flood Risk Management Study in Blanchard River Watershed, Ohio

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed flood risk management study in the Blanchard River Watershed, which includes the communities of Findlay and Ottawa, Ohio, in response to a federal notice under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969.
