HUD Revises Regulations for Indian Housing Block Grant and Title VI Loan Guarantee Programs

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has finalized a rule revising regulations for the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) program and the Title VI Loan Guarantee program, following negotiations with tribal representatives under the Negotiated Rulemaking Act of 1990 and the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Reauthorization Act of 2008.
