Self-Help Homeownership Opportunity Program (SHOP) Grant Monitoring

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. An extension of the existing PRA approval is needed to permit SHOP Grantees to use a revised and updated SHOP Form HUD-40221(rev) "LOCCS/ VRS Selfhelp Homeownership Opportunity Program Payment Voucher" to drawdown SHOP Grant funds through LOCCS/VRS.
