EPA Proposes to Approve and Disapprove Florida's Infrastructure Plan for 1997 and 2006 Fine Particulate Matter NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve in part and disapprove in part the State of Florida's plan to implement the 1997 and 2006 fine particulate matter National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), which requires states to adopt and submit a plan to prevent significant deterioration of air quality.
