EPA Finalizes Update to Outer Continental Shelf Air Regulations for California

The Environmental Protection Agency is updating the Outer Continental Shelf Air Regulations to ensure consistency with onshore requirements in California, as mandated by the Clean Air Act of 1990, for sources located within 25 miles of the state's seaward boundaries.
