USPS Announces International Mail Rate and Fee Changes

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has implemented changes to its international mailing services, effective January 27, 2013, following a price adjustment notice filed with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) on October 11, 2012, and a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on October 23, 2012.
