EPA to Address Lawsuit Over Emission Standards for Brick and Clay Products

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a consent decree to settle a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club over the agency's failure to establish emission standards for hazardous air pollutants from brick and structural clay products manufacturing facilities and clay ceramics manufacturing facilities by November 15, 2000.
