EPA Seeks Comments on Recycling Plastic Separated from Shredder Residue

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public input on a proposed rule that would permit the recycling of plastic materials separated from shredder waste, under specific conditions, in accordance with the Voluntary Procedures for Recycling Plastics from Shredder Residue.
