VA Proposes Changes to Existing Records System for Home Loan Applicants

The Department of Veterans Affairs is required to notify the public under the Privacy Act of 1974 that it plans to modify its existing records system for loan guaranty home loan applicants, specially adapted housing applicants, and vendee loan applicants.
