EPA Extends Time-Limited Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions of Multiple Chemicals

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended time-limited tolerances for pesticides listed in the document, following the granting of emergency exemptions under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), in response to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) requirements.
