EPA Approves California Air Quality Management District's Clean Air Act Non-Attainment Fee Rule

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of the South Coast Air Quality Management District's (SCAQMD) Rule 317, a local fee rule aimed at reducing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and oxides of nitrogen (NOx) in the region, as a revision to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP).
