U.S. Department of Education Proposes Updated Priorities and Criteria for Investing in Innovation Fund

The Assistant Deputy Secretary for Innovation and Improvement has proposed updated priorities, requirements, definitions, and selection criteria for the Investing in Innovation Fund (i3), which will guide competitions in fiscal year 2013 and later, building on lessons learned from the first three i3 competitions.
