EPA Approves Indiana's Revised Ozone Maintenance Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Indiana's request to update its South Bend/Elkhart, Indiana ozone maintenance plan by replacing the existing motor vehicle emissions budgets with new budgets developed using the EPA's Motor Vehicle Emissions Simulator (MOVES) model, following a proposal made on October 4, 2012, without receiving any public comments.
