EPA Corrects Error in Air Quality Implementation Plan for Fredericksburg 8-Hour Ozone Maintenance Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected an error in the rule language of a final rule pertaining to the approval of revised motor vehicle emissions budgets for the Fredericksburg 8-Hour Ozone Maintenance Area, which was previously updated using the EPA's Motor Vehicle Emissions Simulator emissions model (MOVES2010a).
