EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which streamlines the permitting process for major stationary sources and modifies the state's rules for ozone nonattainment areas, under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
