EPA Proposes Partial Approval and Disapproval of Arizona's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and reject parts of Arizona's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to implement the regional haze program for the first planning period through July 31, 2018, in an effort to address air quality issues in the state's 12 Class I areas.
