EPA Proposes Partial Approval of Washington State's Regional Haze Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and partially disapprove a Washington Regional Haze Implementation Plan submitted by the State of Washington, addressing regional haze for the first implementation period and meeting Clean Air Act requirements.
