EPA Withdraws Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule for Cadmium and Cadmium Compounds

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn the final Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) section 8(d) Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule, which was set to require manufacturers of cadmium or cadmium compounds to report unpublished health and safety studies to the EPA. The rule was originally issued on December 3, 2012.
