Notice of Proposed Information Collection for Public Comment: Statutorily-Mandated Collection of Information for Tenants in LIHTC Properties

The Department is seeking public input on a proposed information collection requirement for tenants in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
