DoD Issues Final Rule Adding Poland as Qualifying Country Under DFARS

The US Department of Defense is publishing a final rule to add Poland to the list of qualifying countries under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), following a request from the Polish government to be considered a qualifying country.
