DoD Issues Final Rule to Update DFARS Definition of Cost or Pricing Data

The Department of Defense (DoD) is updating the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to clarify the distinction between certified cost or pricing data and data other than certified cost or pricing data, in line with recent amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
