Farm Credit Administration Eliminates Advisory Votes at System Banks and Associations

The Farm Credit Administration has issued an interim final rule removing non-binding advisory votes at Farm Credit System banks and associations, in response to recent legislation that restricts the use of funds for such regulations and directs the FCA to review its rules to ensure alignment with Congressional intent.
