EIA Proposes Expansion of State Heating Oil and Propane Program Using Form EIA-877

The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) is proposing to expand the number of states participating in the State Heating Oil and Propane Program (SHOPP) using Form EIA-877, a survey for winter heating fuels. This expansion does not affect other survey forms within the Petroleum Marketing Program.
