NRC Proposes Fee Schedule Amendments for Fiscal Year 2013

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to update its fee schedules to recover approximately 90% of its budget authority for Fiscal Year 2013, with fees estimated at $924.8 million, pending congressional action.
