NRC Expands Post-Investigation Alternative Dispute Resolution Program for 1-Year Pilot

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is launching a 1-year pilot of an expanded post-investigation Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program, which will cover escalated non-willful enforcement cases with proposed civil penalties, excluding those related to the Reactor Oversight Process.
