NRC Designates Interim Class of Licensed Facilities Eligible for Section 161a Authorization

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an order designating an interim class of NRC-licensed facilities eligible to apply for authorization to use the authority granted under Section 161a of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. This order is associated with docket EA-13-092 and license numbers shown in Attachment 1.
