U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for renewal of an existing information collection related to the discontinuation of NRC regulatory authority and the assumption thereof by states through agreements, as well as participation in the Integrated Materials Performance Evaluation Program (IMPEP).
