US Nuclear Regulatory Commission Grants Exemption and License Amendment for Vogtle Electric Generating Station
The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted an exemption to Southern Nuclear Operating Company to revise the design of the Turbine Building structure at the Vogtle Electric Generating Station, Units 3 and 4, and issued a license amendment to allow the changes to Tier 1 information in the generic design control document.
