U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Reporting of Defects and Noncompliance

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for renewal of an existing information collection related to reporting defects and noncompliance in nuclear facilities, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
