U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Information Collection for Review by Office of Management and Budget

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The NRC is seeking public comment on the proposal, which includes forms related to the transportation of low-level radioactive waste.
