U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Information Collection for OMB Review

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The NRC is seeking public comment on the collection of information, which includes the NRC Form 327 and NUREG/BR-0096, and is required to be submitted every 6 months for certain licensees possessing strategic SNM.
