NRC Issues License Amendment to FMRI, Inc. for Indirect Transfer of Control

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has approved a license amendment for FMRI, Inc., allowing the indirect transfer of control, following a report from the licensee indicating that the transfer had not occurred.
