Tennessee Valley Authority Exemption From NRC Requirements for Combined License Application

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has granted Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) an exemption to revise its combined license application to address enhanced emergency preparedness rules, allowing for a revised application to be submitted before resuming review by December 31, 2014.
