Tennessee Valley Authority Exempted from Submitting Departures Report Until December 31, 2014

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) granted Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) an exemption from submitting a departures report, allowing the agency to delay review of its combined license application until December 31, 2014, in response to a request made on October 28, 2013.
