China Manufacturers Alliance, LLC and Double Coin Holdings, Ltd have been granted a petition for decision of inconsequential noncompliance for certain Double Coin and Dynatrac brand truck and bus radial replacement tires that do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 119, due to a report filed on June 17, 2014.
