DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Updates to Federal Acquisition Regulation for 8(a) Program

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to reflect changes made by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to its 8(a) program regulations. The proposed updates will also cover procedures for protesting 8(a) participant eligibility and size status, releasing requirements for non-8(a) procurements, and exiting the 8(a) Business Development program.
