DoD, GSA, and NASA Finalize Rule to Repeal Recovery Act Reporting Requirements

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have adopted a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to repeal the reporting requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as mandated by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014.
