DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on FAR Changes for Contractor Comments and Past Performance Evaluations

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are implementing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to shorten the period for contractor comments on past performance evaluations and require earlier availability of these evaluations to source selection officials.
