DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Expanded Reporting of Nonconforming Items in Federal Acquisition Regulation

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to include more detailed reporting of defective or non-compliant items in government contracts.
