GSA Amends Federal Management Regulation (FMR) to Update Mail Management Policy

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is revising its mail management policy by amending the Federal Management Regulation (FMR), removing the requirement for agencies to use commercial payment processes for USPS payments and expanding mail security policies to include alternative worksites. This change is part of GSA's retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.
