Federal Acquisition Regulation; Small Entity Compliance Guide for Amendments in Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and NASA jointly issued a Small Entity Compliance Guide to help small businesses comply with the amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) outlined in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-75, which was published in response to the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996.
