DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Interim Rule to Amend Federal Acquisition Regulation Limiting Government Contractor Compensation Costs

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued an interim rule to revise the allowable cost limit for government contractor compensation costs, in accordance with section 702 of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013, to ensure continued access to necessary skills and capabilities.
