DoD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Final Rule on Women-Owned Small Business Set-Asides

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have finalized an interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to eliminate dollar limits for set-asides to economically disadvantaged women-owned small business concerns and women-owned small business concerns eligible under the Women-Owned Small Business Program.
